Idyllwild Community Meditation continues as usual on Thursday evenings from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
We are currently meeting via Zoom. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like to get the Zoom link to join our sessions.
We meditate together from 6 to 6:30 p.m., and then have a Dharma discussion.

The next class begins on Tuesday, July 7 from 5 to 7 p.m. and runs through Tuesday, August 18. Each class is two hours in length,and will be offered online via the Zoom platform. Once students register, you’ll get a confirmation email and more details on the course content, which is also listed under the Mindfulness tab on this website. Each week you will receive a link to the class prior to the class meeting

It is very exciting to begin offering the Mindfulness Awareness Practices (MAPS) class: Mindfulness in Every Day Life. This is UCLA’s signature introductory mindfulness class from the Mindfulness Awareness Research Center. In addition to my year-long studies for the Training in Mindfulness Facilitation Program at MARC in 2018, I took a special additional training to teach the MAPS course. Hopefully this secular class will make mindfulness practice accessible to a broad range of people.
